All baskets containing alcohol can only be sold and signed for by a person over 18 years of age.
ID may be requested. - A maximum of 2 litres of alcohol can be sent with any Gift Basket containing food items.
- If, for any reason, we cannot supply any item due to availability, we will replace it with an item of similar or greater value.
- Every effort will be made to keep your gift basket cool in transit during summer months however we cannot be responsible for chocolate products during extreme hot weather conditions.If you wish to change your chocolate product order for alternative items during this period please contact our office.
Returns
- In the event that your gift basket is damaged upon delivery, contact us immediately for the item to be returned and a replacement arranged.
Cancellations
- If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately.
